Farm to Table Utah’s mission is to highlight people in Utah’s community who are working to promote the relationship between food production and food consumption. Through interviews, profiles, and restaurant reviews, FtTU (Farm to Table Utah) intends to inspire living sustainably and healthfully, while eating good food.

About Sarah Lappé
I am a Salt Lake City gal, born and raised, but I have spent twelve years of my life traveling and living in big cities like New York, San Francisco, and Paris. Yet through all my travels, I have learned that my true home is in Utah. Our “Small Lake City” community and culture make it a beautiful place to live.

I recently turned thirty years old, and I finally felt like an adult; it’s not just the newly formed wrinkles, but also because of my newfound confidence. With this confidence, I am working on new ways to live a more authentically or to live in a way that is more helpful to the earth, than destructive. I want to engage with our community, to live more sustainably, and to be healthy.
